Rape suspect out on bail
A WEST Lothian man has appeared in court accused of rape.
John Nelson, 22, who comes from Fauldhouse, appeared on petition at the Livingston Sheriff Court, the Crown Office said.
He made no plea or declaration to the charge of assaulting and raping a woman under the Sexual Offences (Scotland) Act 2010.
He was committed for further examination and was released on bail.
