Royal High, Tynecastle High evacuated after threats
TWO high schools in Edinburgh have been evacuated after receiving threatening phone calls.

Pupils have been removed from classes at the Royal High School in the Barnton area of the city and Tynecastle High in Gorgie.
A spokesman for Police Scotland said: “Two schools in Edinburgh have been evacuated following threats being made to three schools via telephone.

Hide Ad“Officers are currently in attendance and are working to establish the full circumstances surrounding this.”
Schools in Glasgow and Birmingham have also received threats this morning.
