Second man arrested after Uphall train crash
A second man has been arrested after the Uphall rail crash which saw a train hit a truck on the tracks.
British Transport Police today confirmed that a second man, aged 26, has been arrested in connection with the incident near Uphall station on Wednesday, 14 October.
He will now be the subject of a report to the Procurator Fiscal and it is set to appear at Livingston Sheriff Court later today.
