Sex accused given bail

A MIDDLE-AGED man has appeared in court after being accused of sexual offences against a teenage girl.

Allan Brydon, 52, appeared on petition during a hearing held at Livingston Sheriff Court yesterday.

He was charged with two counts of lewd, indecent and libidinous behaviour and one of committing a similar offence against a girl between the ages of 12 and 16.

Brydon, whose general address was given to the court as West Lothian, made no plea or declaration and was released on bail.
