Skacel abuse fan escapes football ban
Dunfermline fan Andrew Irvine sang the racist song during his club’s 2-0 home defeat to the Edinburgh club at East End Park in October last year.
Dunfermline Sheriff Court heard that it sounded as though “the whole of the home support” was chanting “go home” at the Czech Republic international, but Irvine was the only one arrested.

Sheriff Jamie Gilmour concluded that Irvine, 18, a Poundstretcher employee, was simply “naive”.
He opted against handing out a football banning order, and fined Irvine £200. He said: “You may have been somewhat naive to join in this song.”
