Skate park in 15-year deal

The operator of a new indoor skate park in Craigmillar has signed a 15-year lease for the building, it emerged today.

Transgression Park has opened its doors at King’s Haugh Road, in the Peffermill Industrial Estate, after relocating from Ocean Terminal because it needed bigger premises.

Property firm Ryden today confirmed Transgression Group has signed a 15-year lease for the former “Jelly Club” building. It is to pay £65,000 a year rent for the building, which will host BMX, skateboarding, rollerblades and scooters.
