Teacher had child porn

A PRIMARY school teacher was caught with indecent images of children on his home computer after police received information that he had been downloading them from the Internet, a court has heard.

Colin Chisholm, 28, of Dryden Place, Edinburgh, pleaded guilty at the city’s Sheriff Court yesterday to being in possession of the images and downloading them at his then home in Bruntsfield Gardens.

Chisholm was employed at St Cuthbert’s RC Primary School, Edinburgh. Sheriff McColl deferred sentence, but ordered that Chisholm, a first offender, register as a Sex Offender.
