Tom nurses new food ambitions

Tom joined pupil Izzy to try produce grown and prepared in the nursery playground under the scheme, part of the Keep Scotland Beautiful flagship education programme Eco School.

The aim of the project, which works with half a million pupils across the country, is to encourage schools to improve their environmental performance and inspire passion in young people to reconnect with raw foods and discover locally distinct seasonal crops 
and dishes.
