This is a comprehensive list of all of the road closures due to start from Monday 25 November to Sunday 1 December according to the City of Edinburgh Council website.

Princes Street, 25 November to 1 December

Between North Bridge and South St Andrew Street, there will be traffic management during the Westbound closure of York Place. Buses, taxis and cyclists will only be permitted. Begins 6am.

Queen South Drive, 25 November to 26 November

Road closed at High Road section due to maintenance work. Begins 6am.

Brunswick Road, 25 November to 29 November

Road closed between Leith Walk and East Montgomery Place due to carriageway resurfacing. Begins 8:30am.

Comely Bank Road, 25 November to 20 December

Lane closures between Comely Bank Street and North Park Terrace due to the installation of power supply to the development site. Comely Bank Avenue and East Fettes Avenue closed with two way temporary traffic lights between 9 December and 11 December. Begins 9:30am.

Granton Road, 25 November to 9 December

Two way temporary traffic lights at Rosebank Grove due to a new gas supply. Begins 9:30am.

Boswall Parkway, 25 November to 2 December

Two way temporary traffic lights between Wardieburn Street West and Wardieburn Street East due to a new gas supply. Begins 9:30am.

Maybury Road, 25 November to 29 November

Northbound lane closure on the Northbound approach to Cammo Gardens to accommodate a temporary walkway due to the replacement of telecoms pole. Begins 9:30am.

High Street, 26 November to 28 November

Four way temporary traffic lights for two nights at Jeffrey Street and St Mary’s Street due to overnight ground radar surveys. Begins 8pm.

Old Church Lane, 27 November

Road closed at Duddingston Low Road due to maintenance work. Begins 9:30am.

Colinton Mains Drive, 27 November

Temporary traffic lights near Colinton Mains Garden due to the clearing of blocked cable ducts. Begins 7pm.

High Street, 28 November

Edinburgh Road/High Street closed from 1pm to 10pm. The LOan closed between Scotmid car park and High Street between 5:45pm and 6pm due to Christmas in Queensferry event.

Long Dalmahoy Road, 30 November to 1 December

Road closed between Curriehill Road and Ravelrig Road due to cabling testing. Road closed 9:30am to 3:30pm each day.

Easter Road, 30 November

Local road closures and parking restrictions due to Hibs vs Kilmarnock with kick off at 3pm. Restrictions begin at 2pm.

Mound Place, 1 December

Road closure due to Edinburgh’s Christmas event. Begins 6am and finishes 10pm.

Central Edinburgh, 1 December

Open Streets initiative means that the following roads will be closed: Castlehill, Lawnmarket, High Street, St Giles' Street, Cockburn Street, Niddry Street, Blackfriars Street, Canongate, Cranston Street, New Street and Victoria Street closed except for cycles and blue badge holders. Begins 11am until 6pm.

High Street, 1 December

High Street closed between Lawnmarket and Cockburn Street due to an event at St Giles’ Cathedral. Begins 11am till 1pm.

Baberton Avenue, 1 December

Junction of Baberton Avenue and Juniper Park Road closed to vehicle traffic due to Juniper Green Christmas Lights ceremony. From 4pm to 6pm.
