Edinburgh roadworks: scheduled road closures, temporary traffic lights and diversions

Here is a list of all of the published roadworks in Edinburgh which start this weekend or next week.

This is a full list of all the new road closures published for the forthcoming week (week commencing 8 July 2019) for you to plan your routes and avoid any delays

Castle concerts with Castlehill, Ramsey Lane, Ramsey Gardens and Mound Place closed from 7am until 1am daily, with Johnston Terrace and Lawnmarket closed between 4pm and midnight on event dates (11, 14, 15, 20, 21 July).
Road closed for cable and ducting installation work by Cityfibre between 9am and 4pm from Monday to Friday.

Road closed for new power supply by Scottish Power between 9.30am and 4pm Monday through Friday.
Footbridge over Murrayburn Gate into Westside Plaza shut for building demolition, local diversions in place from 9.30am on Monday until 4pm on Friday.
Scottish Power works with two-way temporary traffic lights. St Albans Road and South Oswald Road closed at Blackford Avenue from 9.30am on Monday to 4.30pm on Friday.
Cycleway improvement works with three-way traffic lights, lane and footpath closures between 9.30am on Monday to 6pm on Friday.
Citybound lane closed at Blackhall junction for BT work from 9.30am on Wednesday until 4pm on Friday.
Road closed at East Trinity Road for manhole cover works by Scottish Water. Road closed for approximately 30m with local diversions from 9.30am on Thursday until 4pm on Friday.
Three-way temporary traffic lights at Inverleith Row from 7pm to 6am Thursday into Friday morning for installation and repair of traffic detection loops.
Three-way temporary traffic lights at Boswall Drive from 7pm to 6am Thursday into Friday morning for installation and repair of traffic detection loops.
Lane closures and parking suspensions at St Johns Road for the installation and repair of traffic detection loops from 9.30am until 4pm on Friday.
Jazz and Blues Festival Mardi Gras with Grassmarket service road closed between 9am and 7pm on Saturday.
Three-way temporary traffic lights and Wheatfield Street closed from 7pm to 6am on both Saturday and Sunday night for BT carriageway repairs.
Three-way temporary traffic lights and Cathcart Place closed from 7pm to 6am on both Saturday and Sunday night for BT carriageway repairs.
Edinburgh Festival Carnival with Mound Place closed 7am to 3pm, The Mound 12.30pm, Princes Street closed 1pm to 5pm between South St David Street and South Charlotte Street) between 7am and 6pm.
