A broken down vehicle has caused delays on the Edinburgh city bypass at Hermiston Gait this morning.

Lane two of the A720 at Hermiston Gait, Calder, was blocked due to a broken down vehicle.

Traffic Scotland reported the incident at around 7.20am today.

Police Scotland and The Trunk Road Incident Support Service (TRISS) attended the scene and all lanes have now reopened.

Traffic Scotland reported that traffic was slow moving as a result but have not forecast any significant delays as a result.
