Edinburgh Emergency services attend crash at Crewe Toll Roundabout

Emergency services have responded to reports of an accident on Crewe Toll Roundabout in Edinburgh.

It is understood that a car and a bus from East Coast Buses were involved in the collision at around 3:30pm this afternoon. Police, fire engines, and paramedics are at the scene.

Edinburgh Travel, a Twitter account run by the city council, says the route remains partially blocked, and warned drivers to “expect delays this afternoon.”

A live traffic map of the area shows bad congestion building up on Crewe Road North on the approach to the roundabout.

Police Scotland confirmed that there were no injuries in the accident and said that officers were taking no further action.
