Edinburgh roadworks: travel disruption expected due to tram works, road closures and temporary traffic lights
This is a comprehensive list of all of the road closures due to start from Monday 7 October until Sunday 13 October according to the City of Edinburgh Council website.
Mountcastle Drive North, 23 March to 27 March
Eastbound lane closure at Mountcastle Gardens, with the footpath between Mountcastle Drive North and Northfield Park Grove closed as well. This is due to a network upgrade. Begins 8:30am

Torphichen Place, 23 March to 25 March
Road closed to northbound traffic, with diversions via Morrison Street, Haymarket Junction and West Maitland Street. This is due to a cable connection. Begins 9am
Marchmont Road, 23 March to 03 May
Two way temporary traffic lights between Warrender Park Road and Warrender Park Terrace, with Warrender Park Terrace and north end of Marchmont Crescent closed, due to trial holes. Begins 9am

Lane closure between Clermiston Road North and Quality Street. Two citybound lanes maintained for morning peak traffic and two westbound lanes for evening peak traffic. This is due to the installation of cabling ducting. Begins 9:30am
Greenbank Road, 23 March to 24 March
Road closed at West of junction with Greenbank Lane due to ironwork repairs. Begins 9:30am
Calder Road, 23 March to 27 March
Off peak citybound lane closure between Bankhead roundabout and Sighthill Court. This is due to the upgrade of digital signage. Begins 9:30am

Road closed to westbound traffic at Calder Junction from 8pm to 6am for six nights. Diversions will be found via Calder off and on slips. Calder roundabout traffic lights will not be in use whilst works are in progress. Begins 8pm
Kirkliston Road, 24 March to 1 April
Rolling programme of closures from Ferrymuir roundabout into Rosebery Avenue as far as Lawson Crescent, due to the clearing of blocked ducts and renewing cables. Begins 9am
