Edinburgh transport: Trains lines reopen after emergency incident in city centre

ScotRail warned that trains were being delayed or cancelled due to an emergency incident on Tuesday afternoon.

In an online post, they warned: “Due to the emergency services dealing with an incident on the railway between Edinburgh and Haymarket all lines are blocked.”

British Transport Police confirmed they were called to the scene after receiving a concern for person report.

Lines have now reopened.
