Traffic is building up west bound on the A720 owing to a vehicle having broken down.

Traffic Scotland alerted motorists on social media, stating the incident took place near Lasswade at around 1.35pm.
Traffic is slow to Millerhill, with a travel time of around 30 minutes.
UPDATE: The vehicle was removed just before 4.40pm.
