Lothian Buses pull services from Edinburgh route after anti-social behaviour

Lothian Buses has suspended a number of services in Clermiston following reports of anti-social behaviour.

The buses were taken off the road earlier this evening, and they will not operate again on Sunday evening.

The buses affected include the 1, 21, 26 and 200.

Lothian Buses announced the suspension on a social media; stating: “Due to a recent incident related to anti-social behaviour, no services will operate in the #Clermiston area this evening or tomorrow (Sunday) evening from 1900hrs.”

The roads include Clermiston Road, Drumbrae Drive and Drumbrae South.

Buses will be diverted via Queensferry Road, Maybury Road and Glasgow Road in both directions.

Lothian Buses said the measures would be in place “until further notice.”
