Lothian buses: Tram works to cause bus stop closures on Princes Street

Tram works on Edinburgh’s busiest street will bus stop closures and lane restrictions throughout the end of the week.

Travel company Lothian has warned commuters that some bus stops and lanes on Princes Street will be effected by tram works.

These disruptions will be in place between 5am and 8m from Thursday for three days.

A statement on social media read: “To allow tram works to take place, Princes Street between Charlotte Street and Castle Street eastbound, will have lane restrictions and bus stops will be closed.”
