Road blocked after two-car crash near Granton seafront

Lower Granton Road was blocked for about an hour and a half.

A Granton road was blocked for about an hour and a half this evening after two cars collided near the seafront.

Emergency services were called to the crash on Lower Granton Road at about 5:30pm.

A police spokeswoman confirmed the road reopened at about 7pm.

The spokeswoman said there were not thought to be any injuries.
