Tricia cleans up with top business role

A FORMER cleaner has been appointed new director of operations of a £4.5 million firm.

Tricia Manson of Spotless Commercial Cleaning has won successive promotions throughout her 18-year career at the company to now earn one of its top jobs.

Ms Manson will oversee 450 staff, including 15 managers and their teams.

She said: “I am incredibly excited about my new role with Spotless, and have lots of ideas and plans for growing business opportunities.

“Having been with the company nearly 18 years, I know this is a fantastic place to work, where great people are what make it a success.

“Spotless provides so much support to staff and has a fantastic ethos of investing in training, which has afforded me the opportunity to work hard and progress my career.

“I have seen the company grow from a handful of people when I first started to the major player it is today, and it’s thrilling to be part of that story.

“Now I am looking forward to the next chapter, overseeing a team of really great people and contributing ideas to the board and management.”
