Trust finds new home

The national conservation trust is to move out of its long-term Edinburgh home after securing a new converted office in Leith.

The Scottish Wildlife Trust, which has been based at Cramond House since 1991, is to move to a former bonded warehouse at 110 Commercial Street.

It will move all 38 of its Cramond House staff to the new office after agreeing a 10 year lease with office owner Gregor Properties.

Geoff Scott, surveyor at Jones Lang LaSalle, which represented the Trust, said: “A number of options were considered.”
