Two charged following housebreaking and wilful fire-raising near Pentland Hills
Two people have been charged in connection with a housebreaking and wilful fire-raising near the Pentland Hills earlier this month.
The incidents happened on the afternoon of Saturday, January 24. One housebreaking was reported near Loganlea Reservoir and a housebreaking and wilful fire-was reported near Harlaw Reservoir.

It comes after an Edinburgh charity reported an incident at its 18th century farm steading where vandals proceeded to set fire a polyhouse - a tunnel in which plants are grown. At the time Police Scotland said the fire was being ‘treated as wilful and enquiries are ongoing.’
Officers said reports will be submitted to the relevant authorities.
