Watch: Six people taken to hospital following early morning fire in Lothian block of flats

The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service was alerted to the blaze at around 3.30am today and mobilised four engines and a height vehicle to the scene on McNeill Terrace, Loanhead.
A spokesperson said: “The crews assisted a number of residents as they worked to extinguish the fire on the top floor of a three story block of flats.

Hide Ad“Two residents were rescued from the property by fire fighters and six casualties were handed into the care of Scottish ambulance service before being taken to hospital.
"Crews remain at the scene.”
