Edinburgh is set to bask in high temperatures and sunshine for another day, forecasts from the Met Office show.

After a day where temperatures hit highs of 23C, the Capital is set for another warm day with sunshine expected to arrive in the evening.

The city is set to see temperatures of 18C this evening, but with clear skies and bright sun it could feel much warmer, especially with very low wind speeds.

Cloud will be the dominant feature in the morning and into the afternoon before the sun breaks through at around 4pm.
