High winds in Scotland: Forth Road Bridge closed to pedestrians and cyclists
The Forth Road Bridge has been closed to pedestrians, cyclists and double decker vehicles due to high winds.
Restrictions have also been put on other bridges around the country including Skye Bridge, Dornoch Bridge, Erskine Bridge and the Tay Road Bridge.

Hide AdScotland has received a yellow weather warning from the Met Office for today and tomorrow that will see winds over 75mph hit the country.
The Met office has advised those travelling today to take care, with potential disruption of both road and rail, as well as the possibility of short term power outage
This news comes after Scotland enjoyed a heatwave with highs of 22C.
