Hide AdCarroll, 46, of Livingston, West Lothian, denies being concerned in the supply of controlled drugs between April 16 and August 18, 2010.
David Norman, a friend of the couple, told the court he had heard them arguing fiercely. He said: “She told me she was going to ‘stick Graham in’ and give them all his money, which was in a tin.”
He said he was aware that Carroll had been selling products as “legal highs”. Asked when he stopped selling it, he said: “As far as I know, before it became illegal.”
The trial continues.
