Woman hurt as car overturns

THIS car landed on its roof after a collision with another vehicle in Queensferry Road.

The Volvo XC60 overturned after the collision with a BMW at Muirdale Terrace yesterday at 11.20am. A 60-year-old woman suffering from chest pains was taken to the Edinburgh Royal Infirmary. Firefighters hosed down the road to clear it of leaked petrol as police directed traffic around the overturned vehicle.
