I've already started thinking about my Christmas outfits, from cosy jumpers and jeans to party dresses and something a little more sparkly for New Year's Eve. But one thing I know I'll be wearing throughout the festive season is a glossy red manicure.
My favourite OPI shade, Big Apple Red, has now been reduced from £16.60 to £14.11, making it a little cheaper to pick up ahead of the Christmas rush. It's one of those classic nail colours I always come back to because you really can't go wrong with a bright, shiny red.
There are plenty of nail trends that come and go, but red polish never seems to lose its appeal. It's bold enough to make a statement but still works with pretty much everything in my wardrobe. Whether I'm wearing a black dress for a Christmas party, a neutral outfit for a family get-together or something casual for a day of festive shopping, Big Apple Red is the shade I'd reach for.
