DALMAHOY’S Josh Rooney and Jack Rogan from Whitekirk claimed the top spots in the Stephen Gallacher Foundation ‘Race to Dunbar’ Finals Day.

Rooney, who played for Dalmahoy in this season’s Edinburgh Summer League, shot a 73 to win the scratch event by two shots from Carrickvale’s Josh Cullerton.

And, in a keenly-fought handicap competition, Rogan secured the spoils with a nett 70, winning by four from Royal Musselburgh’s Aaron Hall.
