Great BRITAIN’S reigning women’s quadruple sculls world champions face a tough task to qualify for the London Olympics after failing to reach this year’s final in Slovenia.

Mel Wilson, Beth Rodford, Annabel Vernon and Debbie Flood finished third in the repechage behind China. They must win tomorrow’s B final to secure a 2012 place.
