Currie duo drafted into Scotland Under-20s starting XV

CURRIE scrum-half Charlie Shiel will make his first start in this season's Under-20s Six Nations Championship when Scotland host their Welsh counterparts at Broadwood Stadium, Cumbernauld, on Friday (8.30pm).

Shiel’s Malleny Park colleague Hamish Bain has been handed his Under-20 debut at lock. Bain is joined in the forwards pack by Stirling County prop and fellow debutant Fergus Bradbury.

Glasgow Hawks’ Josh Henderson – who was originally named to start against France last time out but had to drop out through illness – returns to don the No.10 shirt.
