Hearts duo called up for Northern Ireland friendly clash

Hearts players Kyle Lafferty and Aaron Hughes have been included in the Northern Ireland squad for the friendly against South Korea at Windsor Park on Saturday, March 24.

Striker Lafferty, who has 67 caps, will be looking to add to his 20 goals so far. Central defender Hughes, 38 – his country’s second most capped player behind legendary goalkeeper Pat Jennings (119) – will be hoping to earn his 110th cap.

Celtic goalkeeper Conor Hazard, currently on loan at Falkirk from Celtic, has been handed a first-call-up by manager Michael O’Neill.

Kilmarnock’s Jordan Jones, Aberdeen’s Niall McGinn, Motherwell’s Trevor Carson and Rangers’ Lee Hodson are also included.
