Hearts midfielder Ross Callachan joins St Johnstone
Ross Callachan has left Hearts for St Johnstone in a permanent move.
The midfielder was surplus to requirements at Tynecastle Park and joins Saints in the hope of playing more regularly.
He arrived at Hearts from Raith Rovers 12 months ago and played 25 times for the Edinburgh club last season, scoring four goals.
Following a hectic summer with 16 signings made by manager Craig Levein, Callachan was forced to look for a new club.
He has signed a two-year contract with St Johnstone.
