Hearts winger Callumn Morrison has joined East Fife on loan for the second half of the season.

The winger moves to Bayview where he will help the Fifers clinch a League One play-off spot - and could come up against Tynecastle colleague Steven MacLean, who is closing in on a loan move to Raith Rovers.

Morrison has 42 appearances in maroon since his first-team bow in September 2015 and the 20-year-old joins Darren Young's side for the remainder of the campaign.

He hasn't featured for Hearts since Craig Levein's final match in charge, in late October.

In a social media post, Morrison wrote: "Buzzing to get this done, looking forward to getting started."
