The versatile Englishman is set to leave Tynecastle for a move back down south

It emerged on Wednesday that Sean Clare had agreed terms with League One side Oxford United a with the player set to leave Hearts.

The news prompted plenty of comment from supporters over a player who has been maligned, divided opinion and won over many fans.

Clare arrived at Tynecastle with a lot of potential and no shortage of hype, it was only under Daniel Stendel that he truly showed a consistency with a number of committed and powerful performances, chipping in with crucial goals.
