Hearts and Hibs 'among clubs to shoot down' Celtic and Rangers colt team proposals
Scottish Premiership sides are set to end the Old Firm’s desire to have colt teams inserted into the SPFL structure, according to the Daily Mail.

Celtic and Rangers have both been pushing for the introduction of under-21 sides into League Two, starting from next season. The incentive of £1.5 million from each club to be spread among teams in the bottom two tiers is said to be on the table, as well as plans to restructure the leagues to 12-12-10-10.
However, voting would require a 11-1 majority from top-flight clubs in order to pass. The proposal won’t even be put to a vote until it appears to have a chance of being successful and reservations from Aberdeen, Dundee United, Hibs and Hearts makes that unlikely to happen.
