Robert, the son of former Newcastle star Laurent, joiend the League One side in the summer after turning down a new contract at Montpellier and options with bigger clubs down south in order to play first team football in Scotland's third tier.

The surprise move has worked well with the 20-year-old producing a number of starring displays for the Diamonds, scoring three times in 11 appearances, with a January bidding war now possibly on the cards.

Hearts boss Robbie Neilson has placed a wide player and a striker at the top of his January transfer target list while Hibs sporting director Graeme Mathie has also confirmed that the club hope to bring new faces to Easter Road in the window.
