The left-back has signed a one-year deal with the Tynecastle club after being heavily linked with a move in the final days of the transfer window having been mentioned as a possible addition back in August.
The 26-year-old, who had been training with former club Falkirk, was able to be recruited after the transfer window closed due to his status as a free agent.

The player left Hull City during the summer after not being offered a new deal by the Tigers who were relegated to League One after a disastrous return to the Championship when the top two leagues in England resumed following the coronavirus pandemic break.
The defender, however, did not play any part in it, his final appearance for Hull coming back in February.
A Scotland international with his one cap coming in a friendly against France, Kingsley came through the academy at Falkirk, making more than 100 appearances before being signed by Swansea City for an undisclosed fee in 2014.
