The Jambos head coach was sent to the stands against Rangers on May 2 and was subsequently issued with a notice of complaint by the SFA Compliance Officer Tony McGlennan.

Neilson was in danger of facing a touchline ban for his actions. However, after meeting with the Judicial Panel today, a censure was issued instead of a suspension.
