Hearts, Hibs & Edinburgh City transfer RECAP: Nisbet linked with Sunderland, Gary Mackay-Steven 'interest'

Hibs are nearing a deal for Chris Cadden to bolster what is a pretty small squad by Premiership standards. The former Motherwell man can play in a number of positions. At the same time Jack Ross will be hoping to hold on to key players with reported interest in Kevin Nisbet.

Across the city, Robbie Neilson has expressed a desire to freshen the squad up with one or two signings in specific areas, while there could also be players going out, including Loic Damour and Zdenek Zlamal.

For Edinburgh City, who trail Queens Park by ten points, James McDonaugh will be wanting to ensure his team are in a good position to at least get into the top four and end of season play-offs.
