Hearts currently sit fourth in SWPL1 and have been enjoying their best-ever season in the top flight. The club have already matched the number games they won last season, and go into this weekend’s Edinburgh derby full of confidence. However, Olid believes the sky is the limit for the Jam Tarts and has revealed that she has long-term ambitions to take qualify for Europe.
“The club is supporting me a lot with everything,” she told Edinburgh Evening News. “I have presented a project for the women’s team and they have supported me. I think, without them, it would not be possible. We are progressing and improving.

Why not? That will be a long-term project [for the club]. For Hearts and for me as an individual person. Being in the Champions League is the maximum objective that you can have. It is really a dream, but it can happen, why not?”
Hearts face Hibs at Easter Road on Sunday in an SWPL clash attracting a lot of interest and attention this week. With a record crowd of over 10,000 being expected at Easter Road, Hearts will be looking for a victory to further enforce their ambitions on breaking into the top three.
