The Tynecastle boss was absent for Saturday's win over Linlithgow Rose at Prestonfield due to a Covid-19 issue at the club which saw the cancellation of Friday’s planned fixture with Berwick Rangers.

Hearts ran out 6-0 win over the East of Scotland opposition at the weekend with a double from Liam Boyce, plus goals from Michael Smith, Armand Gnanduillet, Mackenzie Kirk and Finlay Pollock.

The club have two friendlies on Tuesday evening. One side will head to Christie Gillies Park for a 6pm kick-off with Civil Service Strollers, while at 8pm an XI will take on Spartans at Ainslie Park.
