The third last round of William Hill Premiership fixtures pits Hearts against Motherwell at Tynecastle Park on Saturday. Both teams are aiming for a strong end to the season in the bottom six, with the hosts favourites to win.
Last week’s 3-1 win at Ross County gave interim Hearts head coach Liam Fox a winning start to his second temporary reign as the Edinburgh club seek a permanent manager. Motherwell, meanwhile, won 2-1 at Dundee. That secured successive victories following their 3-2 success against St Johnstone the previous week.
Michael Wimmer, the Fir Park head coach, must cope again with a multitude of injury problems heading to Gorgie. Fox has a few himself. The latest news from both camps is below:
