Hearts and Rangers both have numerous players missing through injury for Wednesday’s highly-anticipated match at Tynecastle. Derek McInnes will return to Gorgie for the first time since leaving for Ibrox in June and comes up against his successor, Wouter Vrancken.

Vrancken has coped with mounting injuries in recent weeks and hoped to have Stuart Findlay back for Wednesday night. He is still rated doubtful but is not expected to be available for this game.
