Highlights of a jam-packed night of action in Leith between Hibs and Hearts.

You can now relive the action of Hibs 1-3 Hearts through Premier Sports highlights from an unforgettable Edinburgh Derby at Easter Road for the Jambos.

Hearts fans won’t tire of watching this one again as summer signing Josh McPake was the star of the show in Thursday night’s Premiership fixture. The winger scored the decisive goal of the match after assisting Jambos academy product James Wilson for their opener. A header from another summer addition in Laurent Mendy gave the hosts a mountain to climb at half time.

Hibs fans may want to look away for this one, however they were given a path back into the game following a powerful effort from substitute Adam Mayor to reduce the deficit after the break. Any hopes of a comeback were then kiboshed when fellow substitute Jack Iredale was sent off for two bookable offences. The Hibees still had their chances with ten men, but McPake’s mazey run and finish in the 66th minute put the game to bed, on what was a glory night for the men in maroon.
