Henderson and Moore on target as Hearts 20s beat Motherwell

Hearts Under-20s enjoyed a 2-1 home win over Motherwell in the Development League.

Euan Henderson scored a penalty for Hearts

Goals by Euan Henderson and Lewis Moore sealed the win for the young Jambos on the indoor pitch at Oriam.

The visitors had the best of the opening play but it was Hearts who took the lead on 31 minutes, Henderson scoring from the penalty spot.

The Steelmen hit back before half-time through Jake Hastie but Moore secured the points for fourth-placed Hearts, firing home the rebound after a free-kick was parried by Well keeper Peter Morrison.
