Hibs hand trial to goalkeeper Ross Laidlaw
Hibs are running the rule over out-of-contract former Raith Rovers goalkeeper Ross Laidlaw.
The 24-year-old was back-up to Kevin Cuthbert at Stark’s Park last season but failed to make an appearance. The 6ft 4in stopper, who was on loan at Elgin City last year, made just 37 appearances for Rovers in his six years at the club.
He joined up with Hibs for their first day of pre-season training yesterday as Neil Lennon took charge of his squad for the first time.
