The pundits have been out in force discussing who will take over from David Gray and become the next Hibs manager.
Predictions and suggestions are being cast after the club icon was sacked following a midweek loss to Kilmarnock in the Premiership. John Potter is the interim head coach and guided Hibs to a 1-1 draw against Aberdeen on Saturday.
Steve Clarke has been touted after leaving his Scotland head coach post while a controversial move for a former Hearts boss has been given a thumbs up in some quarters. Others have asserted whether or not the Leith-based side could go foreign, return to a familiar face, and what the style of play under a new gaffer may look like. Here are the opinions of 13 pundits when it comes to the next Hibs manager.

9. Peter Grant (Go)
“John Potter brings a wee bit of stability and I think they'll need that at this moment in time to settle it down. As you said, I think they've only got one game before the international break. So they may be looking or they maybe have been looking. Clubs nowadays are always looking to replace their manager, not in a bad way, because they think the manager may move on sometimes, or if they're going to get rid of them. So they're maybe looking at a manager anyway."

10. Aiden McGeady (Open Goal)
"I'd be surprised if Broony doesn't put himself in for it. I think Steve Clarke is a good appointment in terms of they'd be more solid, but on style of play, I'm not sure (if Hibs fans would be happy with it). I think Neil Lennon would go back." | SNS Group

11. Tam McManus (X)
They aren’t and won’t (Asking for permission or will seek permission to speak to Steve Evans).”

12. Simon Ferry (Open Goal)
"If John McGlynn was 35 and wasn't at Hearts before...I don't think he is but I think clubs view him as too old. He'd be perfect for Hibs. John's Hearts mad so I don't think he'd take the job." | SNS Group
