Betfred Cup knock-out stage fixtures to be drawn after Hibs game

The draw for the Betfred Cup last 16 will be made on Sunday after Hibs round off the group stage of the league cup competition at home to Dundee.

Rangers, Celtic, Motherwell and Aberdeen will be added to the group winners for the draw which will be shown live on Premier Sports after full-time in the televised game at Easter Road.

The draw will be seeded with the four new entrants unable to be drawn together or with the four group winners with the best record.

Hearts can ensure they are involved by avoiding defeat against East Fife tonight.

Hibs’ game on Sunday kicks off at 4.30pm and will determine the winners of Group B with Dundee the only side capable of overtaking Jack Ross’ team – the Dark Blues meet Cove Rangers, led by ex-boss and Easter Road midfielder Paul Hartley, tonight.

Matches in the last 16 are scheduled for the last weekend of this month – Saturday, November 28 and Sunday, November 29.
