When the Hibs team was announced ahead of their home fixture with Ross County on Wednesday there was plenty of head scratching as to how the team were going to line-up. Lewis Stevenson was rested which meant Joe Newell was handed a surprise left wing-back role, while Paul McGinn continued as a centre-back in the defensive trio. The 3-5-2 system worked perfectly with Vykintas Slivka and Greg Docherty dovetailing excellently in the midfield. Both Christian Doidge and Marc McNulty were on the score sheet.
