James Clark was happy: “Wasn’t great but take that all day long – three points closer to Europe for the Hibs.”

John Laing added: “The pitch really isn’t helping Hibs. Hard-fought points should have won by more but won’t complain with that.”

Harry McArthur said: “Hibs currently at their best this season in this spell, even trumping our form at the start the season. Consistently winning by 2 goals and playing a system that gets the best out of our players. Got to be confident of the 3 points next week against an out of sorts Motherwell!”
